Smoking is not permitted in the condo. It is only permitted on the front deck or
balcony. An ashtray is available in the cabinet over the oven. Please do not use the
balcony deck as an ashtray.
No rental to high school students. At least one person 21 years of age or older
must be present with minors when renting.
If Fireplace is functional please do not leave it running when the condo is not
occupied or when you are sleeping. Remember when in use the fireplace vent will
become very hot.
In rooms with bunkbeds please do not use the ceiling fan when the top bunk is
occupied.
Do not run the garbage disposal without the safety cover in place. Do not put any
utensils in the garbage disposal.
Do not climb over railings. This is hazardous and will result in your immediate eviction.
Condo rules prohibit the storing of fishing poles, crab traps, bait holders etc. on the
balcony.
Please make every effort to prevent debris from the deck falling into the bay as this can
result in a fine.
Do not hang towels from the balcony railing. Not only does this create an unsightly
environment but it can result in your towels becoming part of the bay.
In some condos cushions may be available for the deck chairs. Cushions are stored in the
master bedroom closet. Please use these during your stay and return these to the closet
so that they can remain in good condition for all to use.
Please return all remote controls to their Velcro mounts or next to the TV.
Please rinse and place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher before you leave.
Please make sure all appliances are turned off before you leave. Please check the coffee
maker and the oven in particular.
